Why to provide feedback concerning the F2F-Trust platform?

Because we want the F2F Trust Platform and Mobile Application to respond as well as possible to the needs of users, a Feedback section has been included.

The Feedback section is especially important for the F2F-Trust system for improving itself continuously and keep supporting you, Mentors and Mentees. If we know the strengths and weaknesses of the system, then we may keep improving the overall system for being more and more useful efficient for all users.

Feedback System of F2F-Trust help us to understand users’ satisfaction level from various aspects. Every language receive the feedback separately, so that we are also be able to evaluate the linguistic quality of our products. For this purpose, users are invited to share their opinion on several features of the F2F-Trust like: Portal, e-Training, F&Q, Mentoring, Mentor’s e-Training, Mentees’ e-Training. Each features contains questions with 5 answer options.
