My F2F-Trust experience

34 years old woman, on the maternity leave: „I find the idea of the project very interesting and also the fact that it is free and I can learn here a lot of useful information about online business alongside bringing up a child. I will definitely recommend it to other friends.
“52 years old woman, unemployed: „At my age, it’s very hard to find a job I enjoy. I like to handmake various products that I didn’t know how to sell effectively until now. This project has helped me a lot and I am already looking forward to my first customers.“
43 years old woman, housewife: „I am 43 years old and have been a housewife for 15 years since the birth of my first child. I would like to get a job, but it is difficult to adapt to today’s labour market and its conditions after such a long time. Thanks to this project, I have learned about online marketing and selling my products via Internet. I knew nothing about it before. This project is very useful for me.“
28 years old woman, on the maternity leave: „I’m on the maternity leave for two years but I’d like to earn a little bit more money and learn something new that helps me run my own little business alongside upbringing my child and house keeping. Thanks to this project I learned a lot about the possibility of online business from home.“
Lithuanian artist finds inspiration in “F2F-Trust” project: “I came from a small city in Lithuania and ever since my childhood mymain hobby was drawing. I took part in various drawing competitions, but often my paintings adorned the walls of my family and loved ones’ apartments. Eventually, this hobby led me to enroll and study in an art therapy program in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania. Although I have not dared to sell my artwork to a wider audience, the educational material from the “F2F-Trust” mentoring program has encouraged me to consider creating an online store. This project provided me with some useful information about social media tools, networking, and communication skills. Also, this project is a great example of how to break the stereotype that arts and crafts can only be a hobby but not the main job. Despite the fact that the target group of this project is women living in the regions, I believe that the information provided can be useful and valuable for anyone who produces handmade products and wants to make a living from it by developing their own small business.”
